The Planet Crafter: The Terraforming Survival Game is coming later this month
Genre: Survival | developer: Miju Games price: 16 Euro
The Planet Crafter is a new survival game and reminds a bit of the movie The Martian. You land here on a hostile planet and have the task of creating a new, livable home in the almost endless desert.
In order for you to be able to survive as long as possible, you must have one build base, provide oxygen and heat and slowly but surely terraform the entire planet. In order for this to work, you have to, of course, first of all, typical of survival games collect lots of resources and craft, craft, craft.
Despite early access, the title is already being well received by Steam players 90 percent give a positive rating. We put our survival expert Christian Just directly on the topic, so keep your eyes peeled for the next few days if you want to read his impressions.

Genre: Simulation | developer: Games Incubator | price: 15 Euro
Oh dear, another new PlayWay game… But it’s so cute! In Animal Shelter you run your own small animal shelter and gives funny cats and dogs a new home.
After these were often handed over to you in a terrible state, you have to get to know the poor things better and pick them up again: Feeding, washing and of course a lot of playing belong to the daily work.
If the animals are presentable again, it is important to find a new home for them. So you take photos and write a small profile for your website, on which hopefully a suitable new master or mistress can apply.

Genre: Roguelike card game | developer: Table 9 Studio | price: Free mod
Slay the Spire is still considered one of the best roguelikes of all time. At the beginning of the game you choose one of four heroes, collect treasures and cards and use them in turn-based battles to reach the end of a dark dungeon – a game principle that is still great fun after the 100th run due to the many tactical and specialization options power.
With Downfall is now considered a huge fan expansion free standalone game appeared that really has it all: A total of eight new heroes are waiting to be tried out by you.
But the biggest innovation is the new game mode Downfall: Here you take over a boss known from the campaign and defend the dungeon from invaders.
Each of the new heroes draws from just as large a repertoire of cards, relics, and potions as the heroes of the original game. To dive into this really great mod, all you need is the full version of Slay the Spire on your Steam account.

Just Act Natural

Genre: party game | developer: Conor Garity | price: Free, optional premium upgrade for 6 dollars
The party game is also free Just Act Natural. Do you remember the multiplayer mode from Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood? You can imagine the gameplay here in a similar way.
You and up to 6 other players appear on a small map and have to complete various tasks, such as collecting diamonds or completing a race. Sounds easy, but it’s not: A hunter hovers around the map and has to shoot down all human players.
So that this task is not too easy, the map is populated by loud NPCs who look just as funny as you. It is therefore important to to behave like an NPC, when the hunter has you in his line of sight. A fun and free party fun for everyone who likes games like SpyParty or Among Us.

Dead Grid

Genre: Strategy Card Game | developer: Atom Void | price: 7 Euro
At first glance, the look of Dead Grid doesn’t look particularly attractive, pixel graphics and 3D animations that are no longer up-to-date are offered here by the one-man developer.
However, behind the rather mediocre presentation lies an incredibly deep strategy game that inspires players on Steam: 94 percent positive ratings are already an announcement for an early access title.
But what is Dead Grid actually about? You take on the role of a team of mercenaries fighting their way through the zombie apocalypse. These battles are turn-based and surprisingly exciting: by playing cards, you can perform all sorts of actions while moving your squad across the field – sort of a cross between XCOM and Slay the Spire.
Between missions you equip your men with freshly captured loot and also teach them new skills and talents. For 7 dollars you can hardly go wrong here.
