There’s a lot going on at the top of Steam right now:
Quick to the game (table of contents):
Killer Klowns from Outer Space
Genre: Multiplayer action | Steam-Release: 4. June 2024 | Preis: 39 Euro

In this action game it’s you against murderous alien clowns
Oh dear, the developers at Illfonic have pulled some unpleasant clowns out of their lucky bag. They are actually murderous aliens on invasion vacation. In Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game, other players (or you yourself) control these make-up monsters.
Or you can stay human and stand in the way of the noses in the style of an asymmetrical multiplayer game. The title is based on the film of the same name and comes from the makers of Friday the 13th, Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed and Predator: Hunting Grounds. All of them are licensed asymmetry things with a horror twist.

Indigo Park: Chapter 1
Chapter 1, Prologue, and so on: we used to call them demos, but today these trial versions also help developers to dip their toe in the water before they break the bank and finish developing the game.
Indigo Park: Chapter 1 sends you to an abandoned theme park where the fun has long since run away screaming. Your task sounds simple at first: you have to turn the power back on and avoid the reason why the park is abandoned in the first place. Maybe Rambley the raccoon will help you with that, maybe not.

Astrometica: Prolog

Astrometica is »Subnautica in Space« and brings survival into space
And another prologue demo, this time with a completely different flavor. Astrometica puts survival on the menu, and not in the comfort of a tent and sandwiches in Aunt Heidi’s garden, but in hostile outer space.
You use tools, mine resources from asteroids, automate with drones, put together a base and follow strange signals into the unknown to advance the story.

Nine Sols: Unusual Soulslike is very well received on Steam
Cute, but tough: With beautifully drawn worlds and characters, the Soulslike Nine Sols. The two-dimensional side-scroller revolves around revenge, at least in terms of the plot.
You have to be quick and clever as you play, as the enemies use nasty attack patterns that you can soon see through with a bit of practice. Similar to Sekiro, parrying or reflecting attacks also plays an important role.
