Call of Duty: Modern Warfare could be whole 60 new multiplayer maps received, which should represent a kind of "Best of Modern Warfare". At least that's what the well-known CoD-Leaker The Gaming Revolution claims, referring to files that can already be found within the game. This rumor can of course be used with caution without official confirmation from Activision.
Should the rumors of up to 60 new (old) cards for the Modern Warfare reboot be confirmed, fans could opt for remastered versions of many popular classics looking forward. These include favela, scrapyard, terminal, wasteland or outpost.
I was told that they're planning on making Modern Warfare a "best of" modern warfare game and there's around 60, yes that's right, 60 multiplayer maps in the works for modern warfare right now that will mainly be remasters of fan favorites from the trilogy.

Since the recently revealed remaster of Modern Warfare 2 will not get a multiplayer mode, a corresponding map collection would make sense. However, there are also indications that speak against it. Because not only the number sounds almost unrealistic, the developer also said in the past that he did not want to publish such a "Best of".

CoD: Modern Warfare 2 Remastered is here, but not for the PC at first
So before fans are happy too early, they should first of all be patient with the developer's official information. Even if the Call-of-Duty-Leaker The Gaming Revolution has often been right in the past, this does not automatically verify the rumor about a 60-card best-of for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.
What new content was there for CoD: MW?
The shooter has already received a full season of new content. The second season will end at the beginning of April 2020, while the third is already in the starting blocks. As fans suspect, the maps Backlot and Village should be included.
In the context of Season 1 Modern Warfare has been expanded to include the two weapons Holger-26 and Ram-7 as well as the following seven maps:
- Crash
- Shipment
- Vacant
- Atrium
- Cargo
- Shipment (2v2)
- Groundwar map port
In Season 2 then followed the weapons Grau 5.56 and the Striker 45 together with the following five cards:
- Rust
- Atlas Superstore
- Bazaar
- Rust (2v2)
- Zhokov Boneyard.
Along with every season, a paid Battlepass also appears, which gives you cosmetic skins for weapons and operators, as well as a direct unlock for the new operator and other cosmetic items. It also appeared completely free battle royale mode called Warzone, which had record-breaking numbers of players shortly after its release
