The Fallout brand has been making a lot of money ever since Bethesda turned a little-known isometric RPG game into a huge mainstream phenomenon (thank you, Bethesda). As a result, it’s been included in numerous cross-promotional schemes over the years, lending its iconic branding to other games as all sorts of pointless trappings.
There’s also a very nice Minecraft world, filled with nods to key locations in the series, like a blocky Fallout theme park. Hey, until they build the Megaton at Universal Studios, this is probably the closest you’ll get to something like this. You must bring your own deviled eggs.
Check out the video above for a great rundown of forgotten brand crossovers from Vault Boy, Codsworth and Red Rocket appearing in other games, thanks to our friends at Eurogamer’s iGamesNews Ian Higton!
Let’s just hope it doesn’t make it into the real world, eh? Being a ghoul sounds great, but I think real nuclear weapons would just turn people into plate glass.
