Big news awaits fans of the One Piece series, and it’s a game with a very loyal community. If you don’t play it anymore, now is the time to start playing it again.
One Piece thrives on every level. Be it a manga, anime, or live-action series, it’s a hit for the franchise. And then in video games? Well, obviously everything is fine in this regard. We have proof of this with an announcement involving a game that is very popular with fans. The latter was a huge success when it was released and clearly hasn’t said its last word yet.
Three new characters in One Piece Pirate Warriors 4
We’re obviously talking about One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4. You may not be playing it anymore, but that could change soon. The Musô continues to bring together a certain number of players for different and varied reasons. In itself, the appeal of the game is easy to understand, it is a perfect release for those who love the universe created by Eiichiro Oda. Inside you can play as Ace, Nami or even Trafalgar Law and send marines or pirates into the environment. Additionally, the title will welcome three new characters starting tomorrow.
On January 11th, four of three faces well-known to fans will appear in One Piece: Pirate Warriors. We first see Uta, Shanks’ adopted daughter, but also Koby and Shanks in their OP Red version. They will be part of Character Pack 5, one of the DLCs included in the second Character Pass. As a reminder, this follows the last expansion called The Battle of Onigashima Pack, which added Yamato, Kaido, and the Gear 5 version of Luffy. The singer and Koby have already been gifted with their own trailer, and now it’s the Emperor’s turn to let loose in an explosive trailer.
This new pack therefore has the main theme of the film One Piece: Red. Its arrival is accompanied by new music in the game, which will not displease. We can only hope that this doesn’t reignite the debates about Uta. If you’ve been following the affair, you’ll know that this character was the subject of debate at the time of the feature’s release. Some people even went so far as to harass the singer who performed it, and we don’t need to say how ridiculous that is. We hope history doesn’t repeat itself here, even though we’ve already heard complaints from the community. We’re definitely looking forward to more content.
