A conference on Marvel and Disney video games has just been announced. Here is the official program and what to expect at the event.
It’s no secret that Marvel has big ambitions when it comes to video games. The comic publisher has several projects in the pipeline and we’ll learn a little more about its plans during a games conference.
A conference all about Marvel and Disney games
The famous D23 will also put video games in the spotlight. The unmissable event for fans of Disney and its many universes will host for the first time a conference dedicated to gaming: the Disney & Marvel Games Showcase. The appointment will be given on September 9th at 10pm French time. The program includes games from free-to-play to AAA. The American giants have already confirmed part of their line-up and an expected game will be on the agenda.
DLCs from Disney Dreamlight Valley, Marvel’s Midnight Suns and LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga are also present. Interestingly, the Marvel game is being shown for the first time by Skydance New Media, Amy Hennig’s new studio (Uncharted). The publisher also promises new announcements. Of course, all eyes are on the two projects rumored to be in development at EA: Black Panther and Iron Man. As for the appearance of Kingdom Hearts 4, Star Wars Eclipse, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 or Marvel’s Wolverine, nothing is less certain. We can still expect some surprises to mark the event.
