Psst, did you know that the developers of Cyberpunk 2077 added a new little secret to the game in one of the most recent updates? Well, CD Projekt did just that, and to see it you have to get up close and personal with a giant burger.
While it’s interesting to know that work has already begun on the sequel to CD Projekt’s highly anticipated game, there’s still a long way to go before any of them arrive, even if some of the studio’s other projects remain shrouded in mystery. time. So you can hardly blame a player for stumbling upon this secret by (checking notes) admiring the view from the top of a fast food restaurant.

The diner in question is Tom’s Diner, where you meet Takemura early in the base game’s main story – you know, not long after all those relics have collapsed. As spotted by YouTuber Ian Ilano TV (thanks to GamesRadar), following the game’s big 2.1 update, if you climb up to the roof of this beautiful building you might come across a fun little Easter egg featuring some CD Projekt development Photos of people.
Clearly, this is something the folks at the studio have been waiting for players to discover, whether it’s “Cyberpunk 2077” mission director Paweł Sasko and CDPR Global Community Director Marcin Momot Congratulations to Ian Ilano TV on this discovery via Twitter. “It took you many years for me to slowly give up hope that someone [was] Will find it,” the former tweeted.
Thankfully, they’ve both provided a little more background on the secret – you can tell by seeing CDPR’s iconic red bird logo on a building near the restaurant, using some of the 2.1 updates found near the Rooftop Burger logo Binoculars to find this – as Ian told the Ilano TV show shown in the video below.
“This is our annual company picnic. Not sure what year it is,” Momot revealed in reply to one user, while Sasko responded to another in Polish, with the machine-translated comment: “No. Wrong, it was even designed by the same designer as the team photo in Blood. And the wine.”
So assuming technology doesn’t ruin that latter comment, this looks to be another little thing that The Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk worlds have in common, which is pretty cool.
