a huge patch that changes everything for legendary games

Games, huge, Legendary, patch

Three legendary GTA games that are among the best of the cult saga have finally been updated. A great opportunity to take them out of the closet and give them a new look.

All is well to speculate about GTA 6 while waiting for Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive to release a new trailer and also announce a release date along the way. For now, assuming there is no delay, the game will arrive on PS5, Xbox Series in Fall 2025. Wait, maybe it’s time to replay three more games in the series.

The GTA trilogy more beautiful than ever on consoles and PC

To fill the schedule, Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive have released remasters of Red Dead Redemption and what many consider to be the best GTA games, namely Grand Theft Auto 3, Vice City and San Andreas. A compilation available everywhere on PS5, PS4 and Xbox Series smartphones and tablets. Yes, as strange as it may sound, the console and PC editions have lagged significantly since the official release. Between bugs, technical problems or questionable artistic modifications, the GTA Trilogy Definitive Edition has not only found friends.

After three years of waiting, Rockstar Games has finally addressed the issue and released a huge patch that changes everything for these iconic games on consoles and PC. And these updates weigh their weight as the R* Games Launcher version of GTA San Andreas Definitive Edition on PC is 18.44GB, Vice City is 8.83GB and Grand Theft Auto 3 is 4.15GB. A weight that varies depending on the console, but for GTA Vice City on the PS5, for example, you can expect at least 1,657 GB.

Thanks to this new update, GTA Trilogy Definitive Edition finally fixes the poor lighting of the remasters to stay closer to the original PS2 games. However, on PC it is possible to deactivate or activate the original lighting or that of the remastering of the trilogy. The fog is also back and the entire map is no longer constantly visible when traveling by plane.
