Midnight Fight Express
Among the indie releases of the week, Midnight Fight Express is surely the most anticipated title. Halfway between Hotline Miami and John Wick, it’s a top-down game that mixes beat ’em up and shooter elements in which you play as a former member of the underworld who’s brought back to life by a drone. The title is based above all on its fluid and visceral combats that will allow you to dodge, counter and finish off your enemies, all accompanied by precise animations since they were created with motion capture. Over time, you’ll unlock new techniques to become increasingly devastating. And the good news is that Midnight Fight Express will be available on Xbox Game Pass upon launch.

Jade Order is a turn-based combat strategy game that puts us in the shoes of an ancient warrior in charge of lighting the sealed beacons of his millennial order. With its pixel art graphics and artistic direction full of flashy colors, we’ll have four skills, each with a specific purpose, that will allow us to overcome the different obstacles of each map. Almost a puzzle game in itself, constantly creating new challenges.

Like No Other: The Legend of the Twin Books
With its extended title Like No Other: The Legend Of The Twin Books is a point and click adventure game in which we’ll follow Dan, a clumsy adventurer who risks everything to solve the legend of the twin books by finding the abandoned one Explore the city of Red Pines. In fact, rumor has it that a talented artist reproduced the Ghost Book so perfectly that museum staff accidentally left the original behind when they evacuated Red Pines. So this dear Dan goes in search of the latter in a playful and family adventure.
