New medieval MMO comes from Europey and you can apply for the first tests
Kreuzer, Krone & Kabale comes, as you might have guessed, from Europey and is venturing into the field of MMOs. In the medieval game world you create a character, build a settlement and trade with other players. Typically MMO: You can also join together in guilds, complete quests and explore the game world.
In the trailer you get an overview of whether the game could be something for you. Preparations are currently underway for a closed alpha phase, followed by an open beta and finally the planned release at the end of 2024.
You can find out more about the big plans in our preview of Kreuzer, Krone & Kabale.

Thronefall: Medieval city building with 97 percent positive Steam reviews reveals endless mode
Don’t let Thronefall’s stylized graphics put you off if you appreciate a good medieval building strategy game. 97 percent of over 9,000 Steam reviewers rate this positively. An exceptional game that is already exciting in Early Access.
So far there have been five levels for just under seven dollars that keep you busy for four to six hours. Indie developer Grizzly Games now presents in the trailer the new endless mode before. In short: you control your character, build fortifications in the style of tower defense and defend yourself from ever stronger attackers until your fortress ultimately collapses under the onslaught. High scores beckon.
Platz 1: Derelicts

New survival bright spot: 200 seconds in Derelicts is a delight for fans of The Forest
The survival game Derelicts is actually developed by just one person and uses Unreal Engine 5. The speed of development surprised us, especially in the first few attempts with Reddit videos and the like. Developer Romain P. is now gathering a following of interested people; his game is ranked 50th among the world’s most wanted games on Steam (almost 50,000 wishlist entries). So there could be a hit on the horizon.
By the way: You can find our survival recommendations, which rely less on endless grind and more on good storytelling, here:
Fans of The Forest will immediately find certain starting points. In Derelicts you have to survive after a spaceship crash in a mysterious wilderness, beware of monsters, build a base and discover the secrets of history.
