Update 1.000.404 has been released for Helldivers 2 on PS5 and PC. Here are the full patch notes with the new changes this update brings.
Democracy has been alive for months thanks to Helldivers 2. Although the game’s unexpected success caused some problems, the number of visitors never dropped. But in recent weeks the situation for the Starship Troopers-style TPS has been a little less pleasant due to a loss of players. Currently the total peak on PC does not exceed 45,000. It is already very good and other games want us to focus on them in this way, but we cannot deny the decline.
Helldivers 2 Update 1.000.404 is available
Helldivers 2 is therefore a bit lax, but Arrowhead Game Studios is sparing no effort. Sure, the developers have stated that they want to stagger updates, but the game still received a new patch 1.000.404. But unlike the previous update, the changes are minor. There is no balancing of weapons, enemies and environments, or even new features. Rather, this Helldivers 2 update is aimed at eliminating bugs, especially crashes or freezes, which may still exist despite fixes already made.
Wondering if any issues you encountered in Helldivers 2 have been fixed? Here are the full patch notes with all the fixes made:
- The upgrade of the ship module “Superior Packing Methodology” has been fixed. Technically, there is already a fix on the server side and it has been working since July 1st
- Fixed crashes and issues that could occur when starting a mission
- Fixed cases where players would get stuck on the Hellpod loading screen
- Fixed a crash after changing settings. This time, this issue should be resolved for good, as the last fix didn’t work. We sent the engineer responsible to a Super Earth re-education camp.
Helldivers 2 is available on PS5 and PC and is crossplay compatible. This means you can play very well with friends who are on PC while you are on PlayStation 5, and vice versa of course. Democracy does not care about the patriots of Super-Earth!
