We’re immersed in the Star Wars stuff we’re currently working on, and this is another one to add to the bacta tank. Lucasfilm has reportedly agreed to write and produce a new trilogy with Simon Kinberg – known for his work on multiple X-Men films famous.
So yeah, make some room for something like The Mandalorian and Grogu, Dave Filoni’s Star Wars, Daisy Ridley in it, it looks like it could be called There’s something for the new Jedi Order, and Donald Glover’s Lando – there’s a new kid on the block for a Star Wars movie that could be coming out in the near future.

A report from Deadline, the source of the Simon Kinberg Star Wars affair, reports that it’s a three-movie deal being pushed by the writer, who has some Star Wars pedigree, along with the aforementioned Filoni and co-creator of Star Wars Rebels. Carrie Baker.
Deadline claims to have heard that the new trilogy could include “Episodes 10 to 12 of the Skywalker Saga starting with George Lucas’s 1977 first film,” making them a follow-up to the new film’s final trilogy , it turns out it wasn’t very polarizing in terms of reception at all.
Meanwhile, The Hollywood Reporter claims the trilogy is “not meant to be a continuation of the Skywalker saga” and will feature a bunch of new characters and fresh stories.
What we do know at this stage is Kinberg’s resume, which includes “X-Men: The Last Stand,” “X-Men: Days of Future Past” and “X-Men: Apocalypse.” He also wrote XXX: State of the Union, a movie starring Ice Cube instead of Vin Diesel, because 2005 was a weird time , some behind-the-scenes stuff happened involving the script.
