After failing to launch on PC, The Last of Us continues to improve through various patches. Has the game just solved most of its problems? We’ll see.

All th anks to the 1.1.1 update.
The Last of US forgets its mistakes
This time it’s a big patch for The last of us not just a hotfix. The number of problems solved is considerable. You can get a nice rundown of what it all entails on the game’s Steam page: fixed a bunch of crashes, etc.
- Fixed a crash that could occur when restarting after death
- Fixed a crash that could occur when quickly switching between skins
- Fixed an issue where reflections were not displayed in vehicle mirrors when real-time reflections were disabled (Options > Graphics > Real-time Reflections Quality).
- Fixed missing rock and rock face textures in several areas
- Fixed issues that allowed players to see off-map in certain locations
- Fixed animations when zooming without a weapon equipped
- Fixed the VRAM usage indicator when reverting to default graphics settings after restarting the game
- Fixed several translation errors in the game, menus and voice acting

- Fixed an issue where the bow UI icon would overlap with the number of arrows when a melee weapon was also equipped
- Updated the Load % user interface (UI) to track load progress more smoothly
- Fixed an issue that could prevent graphics settings thumbnails from displaying.
- Fixed several camera issues that could occur when running the game at high frame rates.

- Fixed an issue where the health bar could get stuck on screen.

Accessibility
- Fixed Magnifier zoom functionality when using Accessibility Agreements (Options > Accessibility > Alternate Controls > Override Inputs > Accessibility Agreement Inputs).

- Fixed directional button controls for navigation
AMD
- Fixed the appearance of checkerboard patterns on the screen when using Motion Blur on AMD RX 580 and RX 590 GPUs.
