Good news: Fantasian, the highly anticipated RPG from the creators of Final Fantasy, will finally have a version for the Nintendo Switch. A nice surprise from Nintendo Direct.
During the June 2024 Nintendo Direct, Nintendo revealed Fantasian Neo Dimension, the highly anticipated sequel to the acclaimed Fantasian. Developed by Mistwalker and directed by Final Fantasy creator Hironobu Sakaguchi, this game will be available during the 2024 holiday season.

Fantasian originally appeared on Apple Arcade and was praised for its unique aesthetic that combines physical dioramas with digital elements. The game tells the story of Leo, a young man trying to recover his memories in an alien world. The gameplay combines exploration, puzzle solving, and strategic turn-based combat – features that will obviously be present in Fantasian Neo Dimension. This should please Final Fantasy fans.
This gives players the opportunity to explore various dioramas, each one designed to provide total immersion. Through these landscapes, they must solve puzzles to progress in the adventure.
Combat in Fantasian Neo Dimension is quite tactical.
