Polyphony Digital will end the year with a nice surprise for Gran Turismo 7 players. The next update should make people happy.
The year could end in style for Gran Turismo 7. After a difficult start punctuated by controversy surrounding its economic model, the PlayStation exclusivity was able to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the license. However, Polyphony Digital had one final surprise in store for players in its host.
5 new cars in Gran Turismo 7
The next and final Gran Turismo 7 update of the year is upon us. For aspiring pilots, it will obviously be Christmas before the hour. In order not to change, Kazunori Yamauchi, creator of the series, went there with his teaser. This time it’s not a trio of cars, but a quintet. There will actually be 5 new vehicles that will be added via patch 1.27 over the next week. If we follow the usual schedule, we can say without getting too wet that theTo update of GT7 will be deployed on Thursday 15th December.
What are those five new cars? As usual, the lynx eyes of GTPlanet have struck again. The vehicle in the center has already been unveiled as it is Ferrari’s Vision Gran Turismo to be shown during the World Finals, but not everyone will be able to have it. You had to answer a quiz to get it for free starting December 15th. Those who missed the opportunity will have to wait until it can be unlocked in Gran Turismo 7 for a few credits. As for the others, it looks like Polyphony Digital is preparing to sign the return of a fan favorite: GT Sport’s largely absent Toyota Celica ST205.
For the rest, of course, the developers will add three very popular cars. The Bugatti Chiron, one of the fastest cars in the world, the Alfa Romeo Giulia GTAm a high-flying car and finally the long-awaited C8 generation Chevrolet Corvette. Keep in mind that this teaser only affects cars that will be added soon. The rest of the content will be revealed when update 1.27 is released. However, we should find several landscapes and at least one new circuit. A few surprises can’t be ruled out, as last time Polyphony Digital finally added a long-awaited feature.
