Every year, Activision publishes a new work from the Call of Duty series about the French and Navarian stories, like an elaborate ritual. Today we’re interested in a rumor about the next title.

The rumor comes from Twitter and a certain Victor__Z. The latter, known for its accuracy in relation to leaks in the Call of Duty license, therefore speaks to us in more detail about the future “2021” version with the following tweet:

Two pointers seem to suggest here: The first is awesome … and there are a lot of rumors going on about a section being developed by SledgeHammer this year. And the second clue is obviously the picture. Will we have a comeback in WWII? In any case, the insider points out with his more than explicit answer:

It remains an official categorization of this claim, to say the least. So leave the modern war or the cold war. Return to the sources of the saga one more time. Other rumors are about … the core war. In short, everything is still open and nothing is set in stone, but rumors will undoubtedly be more lingering as it evolves.
As always, this is all to be taken with a grain of salt and we will have to wait for confirmation from Activision on the matter to be clear.
