The Endurance Motorsport Series is in full swing, already joining Gran Turismo 7 and Forza Motorsport. A serious competitor is entering the track and could well cause a surprise in the next corner.
When we think of car simulation, we immediately think of Gran Turismo 7 and Forza Motorsport. Two extremely powerful licenses that shine in their own right in the PlayStation and Xbox stables. The competition is still very present, but nothing helps. However, Nacon is also entering the race with a brand new IP: Endurance motorsport series.
The Endurance Motorsport Series wants to take over the role of GT7 and Forza Motosport
With the Endurance Motorsport Series, developed by KT Racing, the makers of Test Drive Unlimited, Nacon is trying to scrape some tarmac off the already established giants. Not an arcade or off-road game like Solar Crown. Here we talk about strategy, behavior on the track and meticulous driving. This brand new game aims at simulation and already promises realistic racing experiences where driving behavior is as important as decision making or even the whims of the weather. The newcomer’s most important credo: marathon racing, a particularly difficult and demanding discipline.
The Endurance Motorsport Series also promises a large number of licensed tracks as well as a large garage with cars that are also under official license. Nacon therefore wants to break into the league of the big players and already seems to be ready to really heat up the rubber. This brand new game is expected for PS5, Xbox Series and PC sometime in 2025. However, there is no exact release date, but the studio must already ensure the successful launch of the particularly anticipated Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown, which in turn will appear this year on consoles and PC.
