Every once in a while, a little movie comes along that seems neat, but gets a ton of criticism for very stupid reasons. Now, it’s A24’s turn to face criticisms related to artificial intelligence, just because Isaiah Saxon’s “The Legend” looks cute and clean.
Starring Helena Zenger, Finn Wolfhard, Emily Watson and Willem Dafoe, the film follows a girl on the run after she discovers a strange little creature from a rare animal species. story, the animal was feared by local northern residents and hunted upon sighting. It looks very flashy and harmless, like classic Amblin meets Wes Anderson, but the AI-generated crap we’ve been exposed to over the past two years or so has hurt a lot of people’s perceptions. Add to that the engagement/rage farming becoming a career choice for many and you have a shit storm!

“Legend of Oz” will start shooting in Romania at the end of 2021, and preparations have begun long before that. Writer and director Isaiah Saxon (Isaiah Saxon) claims that he has produced the film with a budget of US$10 million, which lasted More than six years. Of course, he’s pretty pissed (but very polite about it) that armchair moviegoers are now randomly starting an “AI witch hunt.”
Before we continue, check out the cuteness of the movie below:
Sure, the narrative on display here doesn’t look groundbreaking, but I personally enjoy stories of all kinds as long as they’re well told and engaging to watch, and The Legend of Great Chi certainly has a unique look and feels light-hearted – and It is different from ordinary blockbusters in that it has a high level of care.
Yet the worst types you know on film Twitter took a chance on this without knowing that generative AI was used in the film, mostly because the cinematography and lighting looked so clean, and The camera movements are slow and methodical for the most part. This is a bit hard to put into words properly, but if you’ve been watching AI-generated crap on your feed, you know what I’m talking about. it has a little bit That
I guess the fact that the movie centers on Grogu-a monkey hybrid also made paranoid moviegoers suspicious, but Saxon once again confirms that he’s the product of puppets and animatronics. Likewise, everything in the movie is a mix of real-life scenes, matte paintings (which we used to love) and some traditional 3D work. Saxon has directed music videos for Björk, Grizzly Bear, Dirty Projectors and Kanye West. He is also the co-founder of animation studio Encyclopedia Pictura and is something of a craftsman.
“The Legend of Taichi” is currently scheduled to be released on February 28, 2025, at least in the United States. We seriously doubt that this silly discussion detracts from its drama. If anything, it’s free marketing. What we worry about more is whether people will be able to analyze fiction and art without going crazy as we venture into the cultural hell of technotoxicity.
