In any case, Aaron Grenberg, the head of marketing at Xbox, thinks he understands the disappointment expressed by Internet users:

If we had simply broadcast Inside Xbox in May and said nothing before, as was the case the previous month, I think the reactions would have been different. Clearly, we have raised bad expectations and it is our fault. We appreciate your feedback and can assure you that we will take it into account and learn the lesson as a team.
