Activision has a reasonable reason why Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2: Remastered is the whole reason for the campaign.

With yesterday's release Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Remake, And the ensuing reasons that disappointed many people who weren't playing games on PS4, Activision explained why the set does not include Spec Ops or multiplayer games.

In the blog, the publisher stated that it hopes not to split the multiplayer community into another game. Of course, modern warfare continues to have its own active multiplayer games, and it is now necessary to share the spotlight with the free game Warzone. Adding a third game on top doesn't make much sense.

Instead, you will see more remakes of classic maps and introduce them to the multiplayer game of Modern Warfare. Obviously, we have already seen this in Rust, Shipment, etc., as well as rumors about Season 3.

Activision doesn't specify what has been successful, but you should expect more. Now you just need to enjoy the visuals and sounds of the campaign remake-of course, unless you don't have a PS4. In this case, you will get this opportunity starting April 30th.
