Is Sony returning to the portable console market soon?
If you grew up with it PlayStation PortableYou may be waiting impatiently for the day when Sony decides to return to the portable console space. It must be said that the PSP was entitled to a fairly large catalog, even if the PS Vita wasn’t as lucky, the console itself was more than promising. Good news, the Japanese manufacturer could well be preparing its return to this very special market.
In any case, this is what is being said Moore’s Law is dead (MLID for short), a hardware enthusiast who is known for his few, sometimes very reliable, leaks. According to him, a portable console is being developed at Sony, and it will not be a streaming device like the PlayStation Portal was a few months ago. This new machine would actually be able to run games natively since it would be equipped with an AMD chip”is currently in the final design phase“. However, according to MLID, the console has been in preparation for at least two years but has not yet been validated by Sony for release. It would be able to play all PlayStation 4 games and could benefit from patches to play PlayStation 5 games. Apparently this is still the case rumor since no source could really be verified. We will therefore have to wait for confirmation from Sony before making it official.
