Everything indicates that, sooner or later, The Russo Brothers will once again be at the forefront of a feature film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. At least that is what the portal has admitted. The Hollywood Reporterwho claims to have sources that have been able to guarantee him that Marvel Studios intends to hire them once again.

However, sources at The Hollywood Reporter have wanted to warn that at the moment nothing is completely guaranteed, given the talks that both parties are having are in the early stages. Still, it makes perfect sense to rehire them considering the last two Avengers films are some of the highest-grossing of all time. The last one grossed nearly $2.8 billion.
Beyond all this, it is also pending to know what the name and plot will be. Avengers 5 following the dism issal of Jonathan Majors, who was initially set to once again play Kang the Conqueror in this feature film that was to be called The Kang Dynasty, but it is still not entirely clear what decisions Marvel will make in this regard.
What is certain, unless there is a last-minute change of plans, is that the next film Avengers will be released in all theaters on May 1, 2026, while the next one, Avengers: Secret Warswill do so a year later, on May 7, 2027.
