The January highlights on Amazon Prime Video
The intoxication: Der Rausch or Another Round is a Danish production from 2020 in which Mads Mikkelsen (Casino Royale, Doctor Strange) plays the leading role. The tragic comedy revolves around four teachers who, out of frustration, start a drinking experiment together in order to step in front of their students with more self-confidence.
And while it goes pretty well in the beginning to start the day drunk and so endure work and private life, the drinking experiment quickly turns into an alcohol addiction. The film by director Thomas Vinterberg has won over 40 prizes and 50 nominations internationally and won, among other things, the Oscar for best foreign language film.

The Matrix, Reloaded und Revolutions: Shortly after the release of Matrix Resurrections in theaters, it is only fitting that Amazon is bringing the three previous parts into its program. So if after part 4 you feel like immersing yourself in the Matrix and the story of Neo (Keanu Reeves), Trinity (Carrie-Anne Moss) and Morpheus (Laurence Fishburne), January 1st, 2022 is your best opportunity to.
