If you have placed an order with Amazon Prime Video, you can only cancel it within 48 hours. Our instructions will show you how this works.

Prime Video is a streaming service included with Amazon Prime. It gives you access to more than 26,000 movies and 2,700 TV shows. Aside from the content included in your Prime subscription, you can buy or rent additional titles for an additional fee.

Amazon Prime Video allows you to cancel a purchase under certain conditions. Firstly, the cancellation must be made within 48 hours. Secondly, you can only cancel orders that you have not yet tried to stream or download.

After cancellation, the refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the order. In addition, the title will be removed from the “Purchased and rented titles” list in “My Area”.

How to cancel a Prime Video order

You can easily cancel a Prime Video order you placed by mistake through your Amazon account. To do so, follow the steps below:

• Log in to your Amazon account and click on “Returns and Orders”.
• Then navigate to “Digital Orders” and select the order you want to cancel.

• Click “Cancel my order” next to the title.
• Select the reason for cancellation from the drop-down menu and then click “Cancel my order” again.

• If you are using the Amazon app, navigate to “My Account” and then “My Orders”. Select the title you want to return and click “Cancel my order”.
• If you’re using an Alexa-enabled device, just say “Cancel my last Prime Video order.”

Amazon: Return DVD or Blu-ray

The return conditions for DVDs and Blu-rays are the same as those for other products purchased on the platform. You just have to make sure that the disc has not been damaged.

The packaging of the DVD or Blu-ray should also not be opened. As long as these requirements are met, you have 30 days to return the item to Amazon.
