Like Steam before, Amazon has now published lists of the top-selling games in 2020. Who became the absolute bestseller?

Amazon has now also put the best-selling and most profitable game sales of the past year into a ranking. In the US, Nintendo has a good laugh, because there are a number of Switch games in the top 10:
