After the unfortunate announcement of the removal of the story mode from Overwatch 2, the executive producer rushed to clarify the situation.
“The PvE porti on (which was supposed to function as a single-player campaign, ed.) of Overwatch 2 is simply being scrapped.”
“One clarification I wanted to make is that while we made the decision to remove Heroes + Talents (Overwatch 2’s single player campaign), we will have a lot of great PvE content this year.
