It was great to see Victoria Tran and Forrest Willard of Innersloth take the stage at the Summer Game Fest. And, the creators of Among Us didn’t announce Among Us 2, 3, or 4. Instead, they announced Outersloth, a new publishing company that aims to bring new indie games to more players.
In short, Innersloth now has money – as you’d expect, given the virality and award-winning success of Among Us – and has decided to invest that money in other developers’ projects. Nice!
The games announced include Mars First Logistics, Battle Suit Aces, Mossfield Archives, One Btn Bosses, Rogue Eclipse, and Project Dosa from Outerloop Games (Thirsty Suitors). Early access for Mars First Logistics and a demo for One Btn Bosses are available now, and I don’t know about you guys, but I’m looking forward to checking out some of them.
It’s great to see so many independent games and projects appearing at SGF. Looking forward to more!
