In addition to the Arcane 4K UHD/Blu-ray collector’s box, a very nice item has been announced for fans of the Netflix series, available in several versions.
Season 2 of Arcane is getting closer on Netflix. The SVOD company is still hiding the final launch date, but we know it will be in November. If you haven’t seen this League of Legends series yet or want to dive into Season 1 again, a 4K/Blu-ray collector’s box set will be available on October 28, 2024. At the same time, Riot Games and Fortiche have made another surprise for those who want to know a lot more.

Arcane season 2 on Netflix, it’s coming soon. A series that amazed with its images from the League of Legends universe and was a hit. If you were impressed by the representation and/or want to know how the TV show was put together, new extras are on the way. On December 31, 2024, the Riot Games, Fortiche and Insight editions will be released The art and creation of Arcane. A book consisting of a collection of illustrations and interviews that tell the genesis of the project and cover both seasons.
“This book includes preparatory sketches showing the visual development of the characters, gorgeous landscapes and set illustrations, and interviews with more than 20 animators, writers, directors, artists, game designers, musicians, and other creators.” states the press release. “The Art and Making of Arcane” is available in three editions, including a very expensive one, in English. For non-English speakers, the standard version in French will be available at a later date from Mana Books.
Standard Edition
The simplest option, but also the most cost-effective, as it costs 60$ on the manufacturer’s website. It contains only the book The Art and Making of Arcane with the same main illustrations as the other versions.
Portfolio edition of The Art and Making of Arcane
The Portfolio Edition, which takes a look behind the scenes of the Netflix series, is available for the price 160$ without postage. Maybe it is pre-ordered at this addressand here is the content:
