You can pair Bluetooth speakers from Anker Soundcore in parallel to create a stereo sound system. Netzwelt explains how to connect two speakers at the same time.
You can combine the Bluetooth speakers from the Anker Soundcore series into a stereo pair using True Wireless Stereo (TWS) technology for additional music enjoyment and more surround sound. This works wirelessly and, as is already known from Amazon’s Echo speakers, only with two Soundcore speakers of the same model.
Say: Even though the bulky Anker Soundcore Motion Boom and the compact Anker Soundcore 2 are both equally suitable for stereo pairing, they both require an identical device for pairing. Unfortunately, according to the manufacturer, different Soundcore models cannot be connected to form a stereo system.
How many Anker Soundcore speakers can be paired at the same time?
A connection of more than two identical speakers is only possible via the conventional method of direct coupling between the mutually recognizing Bluetooth devices if they support the Partycast technology. According to Anker, you can then connect up to 1000 speakers to each other.

How to pair two Anker Soundcore speakers in stereo via Bluetooth?
-
1
Disconnect your Bluetooth speakers from previous signal sources: If one of the Soundcore devices immediately connects to another device after switching on, the stereo pairing between the speakers will not work.
-
2
Now turn on both Souncore speakers by pressing the power button.
-
3
The next step is slightly different depending on the model. We will explain the pairing using the Soundcore Motion Boom Plus as an example, but the provider’s website contains instructions for each compatible model again a precise description.
-
4
Press and hold the Bluetooth buttons on both speakers to start TWS mode. The buttons should now display blue light and flash. Now you have to wait between 5 and 8 seconds.
-
5
An audio signal will now indicate that the connection between the devices has been established. The Bluetooth button on the primary speaker will now flash blue more slowly, while the button on the secondary speaker will glow solid blue.
-
6
Now connect your playback device to the primary speaker of the stereo pair via Bluetooth to listen to music through both speakers at the same time.
The following YouTube video from Anker shows you the procedure again in moving images.
PartyCast: Connect multiple Anker Soundcore speakers at the same time
With the so-called PartyCast, you can also connect various Soundcore speakers to a system with older Bluetooth versions (from 4.2). All you have to do is follow these steps:
- Connect the primary Soundcore speaker to your smartphone via Bluetooth.
- Press the Bluetooth button on the primary speaker until it lights up white (about 3 seconds).
- Now repeat this process with other Soundcore devices. As soon as the Bluetooth button has been held for 3 seconds, a white light should also light up. The pairing is now established and can be continued in the same way on other compatible devices.
If your smartphone has Bluetooth version 5.0 or 5.1, you can select multiple playback devices at the same time in the device selection in the Bluetooth menu. This saves you having to activate the Partycast – now all you have to do is click on the desired speakers in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
Is the connection not working? Then in our special “Connecting multiple Bluetooth speakers” we will present you with further options for pairing speakers from different manufacturers.
