Two days after the release of Vessel of Hatred, the first major DLC for Diablo 4, and Season 6, the title is receiving a second hotfix to further improve everything.
Sanctuary and Blizzard are in turmoil as Vessel of Hatred and Season 6 released simultaneously on Diablo 4 on October 8th. However, there are some concerns and adjustments to best improve the overall experience. A first small update was provided in this direction, followed by a second in the same direction. Here are the changes.
Diablo 4’s Receptacle of Hate is being refined
In all likelihood, the releases of Diablo 4’s first major DLC and its sixth season seem to be doing better than the previous season. If we exclude at least an opening of the servers on October 8th, six hours after Blizzard’s daylight saving time.
Game updates
- Bosses and Elites now have a greater chance of dropping Herbal Packs and Angel’s Breath.
- Level 30-49 dungeon bosses drop 10 Bundled Herbs + 2 Angel’s Breath
- Level 50-60 campaign bosses drop 30 Bundled Herbs + 7 Angel’s Breath.
- All Elite members in Torment have a 10% chance to drop 4 packs of Herbs and a 2% chance to drop 4 Angel’s Breath.
Corrections of errors
- Fixed an issue where the Citadel Community Challenge would constantly appear.
- Fixed an issue where progress during the Undercity quest “The Promise” could be blocked if the area was left before completing the investigation phase.
- Various stability improvements.
Diablo 4 continues to improve with the release of Pourel of hate and Season 6, despite some necessary adjustments. Although there was a slight server delay when it launched on October 8th, the first updates have already fixed several bugs and optimized the gaming experience, especially by improving the chances of looting important resources such as herbs and breaths. These improvements demonstrate Blizzard’s commitment to refining the game to provide its players with a smoother and more satisfying experience. However, further adjustments may be required to meet community expectations.
