Apex Legends: Ballistic – new legend coming in May

Apex, Ballistic, Coming, Legend, Legends

Fans of the long-running action Apex Legends can look forward to new supplies on the hero front in May. Then the next big update will also bring a new legend with it!

It’s official now: Electronic Arts and Respawn Entertainment today confirmed the next major update for the long-running Battle Royale Apex Legends for the coming month of May. The hero shooter will therefore receive Apex Legends: Arsenal from May 9, 2023.

Along with this update comes the newest legend, Ballistic. As a participant in the Thunderdome Games, this retired old daredevil returns to teach newcomers respect. As Ballistic, August Montgomery Brinkman was once a celebrated star of the Apex Games before retiring after the tragic loss of his brother-in-law and retiring to solitude. After 40 years in hiding, an unexpected event forced him to make the Syndicate an offer they couldn’t refuse.

For more details on Ballistic’s backstory, watch the new installment in the Tales from the Outlands video series below. Incidentally, further details about “Arsenal” will only be announced shortly before the launch of the update on May 9th.

Apex Legends is available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch and PC (EA App, Steam). A new collection event was recently announced to keep you hooked until the big new update.
