It looks like Apex Legends developers are happy to sacrifice the interests of data miners.

Data miners think they have the next role Apex Legend Came up earlier this year, but it turned out that Forge was misleadingly created by Respawn Entertainment.

According to Jason McCord, Design Director of Respawn, to frustrate the data miner and retain the next character, Revenant, it was surprising that the team intentionally inserted fake concept maps and details into Forge.

"Frankly, it was an interesting way to mislead data miners when they felt they had solved our next legend and ruined our surprise," McCord told Dot Esports.

"We actually deliberately leaked the fake concept map and the details of the Forge toolkit, so there will be crumb marks when we announce him. It's really crazy. I can't think of any other who has experienced this quirk game."

Obviously, this is an excuse to make up for Revenant, previously leaked by data miners.

Apex Legends Season 4 will begin on PC, PS4, and Xbox One on February 4.
