A Canyon of the Kings under construction

In the trailer for this season 5, we discover that Loba has infiltrated the secret base of Revenant located under SkullTown. Unfortunately, it ends up exploding sinking the city and the Thunderdome into the sea

and destroying other parts of the map in the process.

The other big new feature of this map is found in Wetlands. Instead, we now find the excavation of the Capacitor which offers a new passage to the lab

Towers Charges

In addition to the differences we just discussed above, a new gameplay element enriches the Canyon of the Kings, the Charge Towers. To find them, you will have to go to the excavation. Once activated, they will offer all players on the platform an ultimate!

In order to be able to discover all of these new features smoothly, Respawn has changed the rotation of the cards for the first two weeks of this season. Indeed, it will only be possible to play in the Canyon of the Kings. Do not panic, World's Edge will then quickly return.
