Respawn Entertainment is about to release the next Collection event in Apex Legends; here’s what to expect in it.
With “Second Sight,” developer Respawn Entertainment and publisher Electronic Arts today announced the next collection event for the long-running Apex Legends. This event will take place between June 25th and July 9th and will focus on a world that springs from ages’ twisted past. In this world, the good guys become bad and the bad guys become the good guys.
As usual, there is a new game mode around this theme: the Quads Takeover. Here you have to form squads of four legends to cause chaos with new strategies and team compositions.
Otherwise, there is – as usual – a matching series of rewards including cosmetic items. If you master Quads challenges, you can get a total of 24 items by the end of the collection event. Among them is Lifeline’s prestige skin “Apex Corruptor”. As a bonus, you will receive 1.5x points for prestige skin challenges throughout the entire event.
Apex Legends is available for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Switch and PC.
