The Apple TV app and thus also the streaming service Apple TV + should come as an app on mobile Android devices such as smartphones and tablets – at least according to an Apple insider: The app should already be in a closed beta test phase.
The source of this prophecy is the Apple analyst “ShrimpApplePro”, who is extremely certain on Twitter that the app “will be released soon”. However, it is questionable whether and when this prediction will come true – there is no official information from Apple on the development of the app.
Apple TV: App for Android devices very likely
However, the Apple TV+ streaming service, which is now well stocked with hit series such as “Severance”, “Ted Lasso” and “See”, can only be accessed on mobile Android devices via the web browser. That’s not particularly comfortable and it’s quite realistic that Apple wants to make up for this bottleneck in the future in order to gain more market share.
