What if there was a nice surprise? In the heat of the Ubisoft, Devolver and Gearbox announcements last night, Red Art Games and Third Spirit Games quietly announced a new game called Arietta of Spirits.
While the majority of publishers use E3 to make announcements about their new titles, not all are so lucky. Such is the case with Red Art Games, which yesterday decided to send out a press release on its new production. This is Arietta of Spirit, a 16-bit action-adventure game reminiscent of early Zelda like A Link to the Past. The title developed by Third Spirit Games tells the story of Arietta. The young girl returns to her grandmother’s hut for the first time since then. There she meets a mysterious friend who gives her the opportunity to see the ghosts that inhabit the island.
Arietta of Spirits will be coming to PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch this summer, but a free playable demo is already available on Steam
