Bohemia Interactive has released a new Creator DLC for ArmA 3 in cooperation: Spearhead 1944 – and it is quite extensive.
Long-running ArmA 3 is once again receiving new content from a third party, as Bohemia Interactive has now released the new Creator DLC “Spearhead 1944” for the tactical shooter in cooperation with third-party developer Heavy Ordnance Works. This extensive new additional content takes you to Mortain at the time of Operation Liège, which took place between August 7th and 13th, 1944. This was a German counterattack during the Battle of Normandy.
Specifically, you can expect a 64 square kilometer area around Mortain, which also includes iconic landmarks such as the local church, the Cambremont mine and L’Abbaye Blanceh. Here you can expect two new cooperative scenarios for up to 6 players.
And what else? The DLC also brings you 12 weapons and grenades, 10 new vehicles with multiple variants, multiple clothing and equipment variants, playable factions, dozens of props, even two single-player scenarios and updates for the Operation Cobra co-op campaign.
If you want to get the optional Creator DLC, you can do so now on Steam. The regular price is 17.99 dollars, but there is a 20 percent discount until August 8th, so you can get it for 14.39 dollars.
