^Stay tuned after the ad for our recap of the Assassin’s Creed phenomenon and how it changed the entire gaming landscape.

Assassin’s Creed Turned 15 this week. I can not believe it. I could swear on a stack of bibles that this is a “new” series, like my kids are forever “little”, or The Rock is forever “from wrestling”.

There are almost as many Assassins as Doctor Who, despite the latter series having a 44-year head start.

15 years on: Gaming has absolutely exploded in that time, completely transitioning from a silly hobby of weaners and saddos to a mainstream phenomenon (yes, well, sorry, I’m going to say that) more than any other Entertainment media makes more money (err, let’s end it) (sigh, sorry).

Next year the series will return to the Middle East with Phantom.

Valhalla predates the original game by hundreds of years in the timeline, and with next year’s Mirage spinoff being designed as a kind of homage to Altair’s groundbreaking adventure, it seems like the perfect time to revisit the Crusades, just to remind you of this How complete the series was when it arrived: It’s often said that the series didn’t get off to a good start until Ezio appeared in the sequel two years later, but as I said in the video above, AC2 managed to build on solid foundations A foundation laid by the incredible creativity of the first game.

If you’re lucky enough to own an Xbox Series X, you can enjoy the original 360 version running at 4K resolution at 60fps (very choppy), as it’s one of the few perks that enjoys a double whammy from the Xbox Backwards Compatibility Program. Of course, if you have a PC, you can grab the director’s cut on Steam and run it at whatever resolution you like. perhaps. do not know. to see. Personal computers are clumsy. Stop watching this and watch the video, it took me a week.
