The new game Assassin’s Creed: Invictus made the rounds online for the first time a long time ago – and now there is fresh information about the new part of the series. This is supposed to be completely different and, as a multiplayer title, will probably be based entirely on Fall Guys.

Ubisoft is relying heavily on the successful Assassin’s Creed brand and has several new games in the works. The next big part of Assassin’s Creed Shadows was recently postponed until February 2025 – and so to bridge the waiting time, we gratefully accept every new snippet of information about what else awaits us in the franchise.
Assassin’s Creed: Invictus was making the rounds online some time ago, and its existence has at least been confirmed by Ubisoft. There haven’t really been many details about this series spin-off yet, especially not from an official source. Now a renowned insider is providing plenty of details about the potential new multiplayer title in the series.
If you believe the usually reliable insider and leaker xJ0nathan, then Invictus will be a multiplayer title in the style of the successful game Fall Guys, in which players compete against each other in several rounds. There should be team deathmatch as well as free-for-all rounds and a mode designed for speed in which you have to be the first to reach points distributed across the map.
As you move from one round to the next, you should be able to choose between different skills that you can grant to your character and then use in the next rounds. The overall gameplay should be arcade-like and even feature a bubble shield comparable to Super Smash Bros.
The environments for this gameplay are taken from previous games in the series, as are the characters. According to the leaker, Cesare Borgia and Ezio are known to date and will definitely be included in Assassin’s Creed: Invictus.
By the way, xJ0nathan was probably right with this information Insider Gaming verified using independent sources. The only difference between the two reporters: While Insider Gaming speaks of a title for 18 players, according to xJ0nathan there are 16. But one thing is certain: With Invictus, a Fall Guys-like title in the Assassin’s Creed universe is coming our way.
