What the various titles will offer at this level on the Xbox Series X is therefore part of the information eagerly awaited by defenders and detractors of Microsoft consoles. Some players are surprised that the page dedicates the Xbox Series X version ofAssassin's Creed Valhalla present on the official Xbox site talks about 4K and HDR but does not mention anything about the game's framerate.
Portuguese version of the site Eurogamer therefore contacted Ubisoft to try to see more clearly. Question about the framerate ofAssassin's Creed Valhalla on Xbox Series X, the French publisher replied (comments translated into English and relayed by the site WCCFTech):
We can guarantee for now that Assassin's Creed Valhalla will shoot at least 30 frames per second. Assassin's Creed Valhalla will benefit from shorter loading times, allowing players to immerse themselves in the history and world of gaming without friction. Finally, Assassin's Creed Valhalla will benefit from improved graphics made possible by the Xbox Series X, and we look forward to showing off the beautiful world we are creating in stunning 4K.
Things are not so serious in terms of framerate. However, people who plan to play Ubisoft's game on Xbox Series X can start expecting to play it at 30 fps. As previously stated, Assassin's Creed Valhalla is one of the titles presented as benefiting from specific optimizations for the Xbox Series X.
As a reminder, Assassin's Creed Valhalla and the Xbox Series X are both slated for the end of this year.
