Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla players can look forward to more supplies. Ubisoft has given the starting signal for the July season with free content.
In the current blockbuster Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla, the July season has started immediately. This is the first such season for the game, which will now last a total of three months. During this period you can look forward to exclusive, narrative content and in-game events that are available to all gamers free of charge. From now on, the Yule Festival marks the start with new challenges and rewards.
The in-game event takes place in a special area of the settlement and can be discovered until January 7th. During Yule, you can join the celebrations with a new drinking game, an archery mini-game, a fistfighting tournament and two new character quests. There are also exclusive rewards, including an equipment set, settlement decorations and more.
The only requirement for participation is that you have reached England and completed one of the first narrative arcs of the full version. This is either Grantebridgescire or Ledecestrescire. The festival will then be triggered automatically when players visit the settlement.
A second update will bring more content for the Jul season in February:
-
River Raids: Based on Valhalla’s core looting mechanics, this mode offers a dynamic and challenging experience with high replayability. As the river raids depend heavily on the Jomsviking recruits, players can recruit Jomsviking from their friends online to take on an entire crew. The River Raids game mode offers raids with higher stakes and different levels of difficulty.
-
Ranks of the Joms Vikings: In Season 1, an update to the Jomswikinger feature will appear, allowing players to achieve XP and a higher rank – the higher the rank of lieutenant, the more silver players can earn when recruited by other players.
-
More new skills and rewards.
