On PlayStation 4, the photo mode is about to enter "dead stranded", and the update is planned for the end of March.
Death Strand will be updated at the end of this month to include Photo Mode, which has been announced for the PC version.

The Walkman requires photo mode as part of the PC version released on June 2.
Using this mode, you will be able to pause, change the angle and aperture, mess up the exposure, use filters, use color correction, and more.
