Atlas Fallen: This is how strong your PC needs to be for deck 13 role-playing games

Too much sand no longer has to fall before Atlas Fallen appears. After the recently announced gold status, the PC system requirements now follow and they are relatively moderate.

It’s still about a month before Atlas Fallen comes out. Deck 13’s new role-playing game is now complete and is scheduled for release on August 10th for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. So it’s time enough to further optimize the game and a clear house number now seems to be emerging, because publisher Focus Entertainment has now published the system requirements for the PC version.

For minimum settings (1080p at 30 FPS with low settings), Atlas Fallen requires either an Intel Core i5-6600K or an AMD Ryzen 3 1200, along with a GeForce GTX 1050 Ti or a Radeon RX 470 (4 GB VRAM) and 8 GB RAM .

For the recommended settings (1080p at 60 FPS with “Very High”) you need either an Intel Core i7-9800X or an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 along with a GeForce GTX 1080 Ti or a Radeon RX 5700 (8 GB VRAM) and 16 GB R.A.M.

For both variants, 35 GB of space on the hard drive or SSD is required. All in all relatively moderate. What the reality will look like in the end remains to be seen. At the moment we are all rather burned children due to lousy PC versions that were either hardware-hungry or poorly optimized and need many updates. Let’s keep our fingers crossed that this won’t be the case with Atlas Fallen.

There have already been performance announcements for the console versions. As a reminder: 4k30 and 1440p60 are planned for PS5 and Xbox Series X, the weaker Xbox Series S has to be content with 1080p60.

If you don’t have what the game is on your radar right now, we highly recommend checking out our Atlas Fallen preview, as well as our impressions of the two-player co-op.
