The usually very reliable analyst Ming-Chi Kuo reported in December 2022 that the development of the new iPhone SE was in limbo. Now he announces via the short message service Twitter that Apple has resumed development.
According to the analyst, the fourth generation iPhone SE will be heavily based on the iPhone 14. It is certain that Apple will install an OLED display instead of an LCD screen. The 5G connection is also considered secure.

There are currently no announcements or statements from Apple about the new iPhone SE. It’s still too early for that. Ming-Chi Kuo does not expect the iPhone SE 4 to be released before spring 2024. A price has not yet been announced.
