An established industry insider is currently heating up the rumor mill. Loud Daniel Richtman Pattinson is currently talking to Marvel boss Kevin Feige about one possible entry into the great universe of superheroes.
Robert Pattinson's possible entry into the MCU
The comic giant Marvel is currently said to be looking for an actor for a “secret role” that will be introduced in Avengers: Doomsday and expanded even further in Secret Wars. Which character Pattinson could embody and whether it is the mysterious new character, is still written in the Marvel stars.
In general, it is not unusual for the studio to talk to popular actors about possible appearances. However, it is not stated that this will result in a real film appearance (via ComicBookMovie).
After all, Pattinson should have room for a superhero role again after Batman 2 (expected to be released in 2026), because director James Gunn wants a new candidate for the bat costume for the film The Brave and the Bold. The film is intended to shed light on the relationship between Batman and Robin.

As of now, the actor is working on the film The Dramain which he will star with Zendaya.
Am 17. April 2025 The sci-fi film Mickey 17 will also be released in cinemas here. In the novel adaptation, the 38-year-old actor takes on the role of Mickey Barnes, who gets involved in a cloning experiment. Hulk actor Mark Ruffalo is also there.
Most recently it was suspected that Pattinson in Christopher Nolan's next film will play along. There he would join the cast around Tom Holland and Matt Damon (via Deadline).
What's currently happening at Marvel?
Am February 12, 2025 Captain America returns to the MCU – the new version in the form of Sam Wilson. After the series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Bucky Barnes devotes himself again to his own adventures and from then on 2. May 2025 the screen unsteady with the Thunderbolts.
In the future, Marvel will see some new (old) characters entering the universe. As Marvel boss Kevin Feige recently revealed, Secret Wars will introduce a whole new generation of mutants.
