Slowly but surely, the new DC Universe is refining its various projects and one of them may particularly catch our attention: it’s called Jurassic League and it offers alternative versions of our superheroes… in the form of dinosaurs. Just that.

You know the story: recentlyJames Gunn and Peter Safran have been appointed to the helm of the DC Universe with the difficult task of reinventing it and, above all, maintaining it.

It was Jeff Sneifer of The In Sneider who just revealed the truth: According to him James Gunn has reportedly given the green light to Jurassic League, a new animated film based on the comic of the same name.
Warner Bros. hasn’t confirmed the rumor yet, but The In Sneider suggests that James Gunn has already found it a screenwriter in the person of Brian Lynch, a man known for having written Minions, Like Beasts and Puss in Boots. An expert in computer-generated image films.
In short, Jurassic League (if it really exists) will probably stand out for its rather refreshing premise and we’re obviously looking forward to finding out more: Patience is the mother of all virtues, so… let’s be patient.
