On the evening of March 27, Battle.net seemed to be experiencing problems nationwide. Players told Netzwelt that they had problems logging in and downloading. Users also reported delays on Twitter.

Blizzard's support has been reported a few hours ago and posted on Twitter, and login issues should now be resolved. However, after that, players still reported issues. Blizzard did not report. After an hour or two, maybe everything will be fine. Otherwise, you will find the latest interference information here.
