Even before the first season, on June 2nd, 2022, four classic Battlefield maps will return to the regular rotation. This change is already live. Called Exodus Conquest for a limited time, the Conquest 64 mode includes the following four levels previously only playable in Portal mode:
- Noshar Canals from Battlefield 3
- Caspian Border from Battlefield 3
- Valparaiso from Bad Company 2
- Arica Harbor from Bad Company 2

Especially fans of the older titles should be happy about the return of the classics. But even newcomers can now find new playgrounds that promise some variety given the lack of new content in the last seven months. And regarding Season 1, something seems to be moving.

Possible release date of Season 1
It is officially known that the first season of Battlefield 2042 should start in early June. Insider Tom Henderson is now claiming via Tryhardguides.comto know more details and exact dates.
Henderson has been a fixture in the shooter genre for years, is considered to be extremely well connected and has already unearthed a lot of relevant information about Battlefield and Call of Duty. Nevertheless, we would like to point out that his statements are not official and should be viewed with caution.
Specifically, Henderson claims that Season 1 no later than June 8, 2022 should start. That would align with the official timeframe. In addition, Henderson is convinced that a trailer for Season 1 should appear no later than June 7th. But we will have to wait and see whether this really happens.
