Additionally, the episode features gameplay footage of new content.
The video also showcases a newly improved, remastered version of the game’s launch map, this time featuring Discarded, coming later in Season 4. You can also see new concept art showing what’s coming in Season 5.
In Season 4: The Eleventh Hour you can look forward to the new Flashpoint map, new Specialist: Camila Blasco, new weapons Super 500, RM68, AC9 and RPT-31, new vault weapons SVD and Type 88, CAV-Brawler Vehicles, SPH Explosive gadgets, a new battle pass, and map reworks for Discarded and Hourglass.
New Specialist Camila Blasco can move without alerting motion-based technology and uses the X6-Infiltration Device to create communication dead zones. With the addition of Camila, there are now 14 Specialists available for different games across four classes. As Season 5 approaches, Blasco will be the last Specialist to join the game.
In Season 4, SPH Dynamite will be an Assault-type item and available for Dozer, Mackay, Sundance, and Zain.
The rework of Discarded came with season 4 and the rework of Hourglass in season 5.
Discarded’s update includes more emphasis on the flag in the submarine, which has been updated with a new cover to block the line of sight. The flag on the Colossus Ship has been strengthened to allow lookouts to control the beach. What was once an open field is now a salvage yard designed to host various battles.
For the demolition of the hull, a destroyed convoy and rows of military cover were added to reinforce the front of this banner. The beach site now has a flag as part of Conquer and Breakthrough. There are also improved paths leading to it. With the antenna, the team pulled the existing flag closer to the antenna and flooded village to better connect the north and south parts of the map.
For Season 5 of Hourglass, you can expect a new route down the highway. You can look forward to improved cover, line of sight, and combat chances throughout the map. More details on the Hourglass rework will be announced before Season 5 is released.
