What game modes can you try?
In total, you will be able to try out three new game modes for a limited time. Each mode is available for one week and is then replaced by the next. You also always play on the new Season 3 map, Spearhead.
Week 1 – Assault on Nordvik
In the first week there is Sturmeroberung
a variant of Conquest mode with 64 players. The focus here is on fast-paced ground fighting
lie. The following rules apply:
- The defending team initially holds all targets, while the attackers start with more tickets.
- Defenders’ HQ spawn is disabled during match, they can then only respawn from squad members or a spawn vehicle after death.
- There are no planes and helicopters.
Week 2 – Defense of Nordvik
Week 2 continues with a mode that combines elements of Conquest, Breakthrough, and Rush. Here 32 players fight for control of the Nordvik facility, the following rules apply:
- First, as in Breakthrough, the attackers must fight their way from target to target,
- If they are successful, the game switches to Rush: The attackers must now destroy enemy radio stations by planting explosives there.
- As a defender, you mainly play for time and have to try to get valuable data to safety before the attack.
Week 3 – Liberation of Nordvik
In the last week there is again maximum battlefield chaos with 128 players. You then play a special variant of Breakthrough with additional modifiers:
- increased encounter speed
- faster new entries
- faster vehicle requirements
